Willkommen zum Quantum-Computing Workshop, hosted by 0xA! Bist du bereit, in die Welt von Quantum Computing einzutauchen und Hands-On Erfahrung mit der Technologie von morgen zu machen?

In diesem Workshop wird David Alber, Data Scientist und Quantum Ambassador bei IBM, einen praktischen Einblick in das Programmieren von Quantencomputern geben. Begonnen wird mit einem Überblick und einer Einführung, um dann nach der Pause komplexere Konzepte und Probleme anzugehen. Verwendet wird dabei die IBM Quantum-Plattform, um Quantum-Circuits sowohl visuell mit dem Circuit Composer als auch mit Python-Code unter Verwendung des Open-Source-Frameworks Qiskit zu erstellen.

Diese können dann sowohl simuliert als auch auf echten Quantencomputern in der IBM Cloud ausgeführt werden. Wir bitten darum, sich vorab kostenlos auf der IBM Quantum-Plattform unter https://quantum-computing.ibm.com zu registrieren, um vorort keine Zeit zu verlieren.

0xA Community Challenges

We warmly invite you to be a part of an enlightening evening at JKU on December 14th, starting at 18:00 at the at JKU Lecture Hall 3, dedicated to the intriguing world of Healthcare Technology. AI in Medicine

Join us at JKU on June 5th, starting at 18:30, for an exciting evening dedicated to the fascinating world of Cyber Security. Our event is hosted at and in cooperation with the LIT - Open Innovation Center and aims to bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications.

Cyber Security: From Theory to Practice

Quantum Computing: From Theory to Practice

In this workshop, participants will learn how to use Rust to hack and modify video games. The focus will be on implementing cheats and exploits to gain an advantage. Participants will also learn about common game hacking techniques and best practices. By the end of the workshop, they will have the skills to apply these techniques to their own projects.

Game Hacking with Rust

In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of Next.js, a popular JavaScript framework for building server-rendered and statically generated web applications. We will work through an example application built with tailwind to explore the core concepts of Next.js, including layouts, routing, and the Next Image component. We will also use an external public API to demonstrate how Next.js can be used in a real-world web application. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a strong foundation in Next.js and will be able to start building their own Next.js applications.

Introduction to Next.js

In this workshop, participants will learn about IoT development using the ESP32 microcontroller and the Arduino Integrated Development Environment (IDE). The workshop will cover setting up the IDE, learning about IoT technology and the ESP32, using I2C to communicate with sensors and displays, and programming a simple IoT application. By the end of the workshop, participants will have a basic understanding of IoT development with the ESP32 and will be able to start building their own IoT projects.

In this workshop we will explore the borders of good taste when we refactor a perfectly fine piece of code until there is nothing good left in it. From this we will draw learnings about software development processes and deepen our knowledge of programming and ourselves.
