Quantum computing has been moving fast. But what has actually happened, where are we standing today? Together with the Quantum Enthusiasts Club, we’re taking another look at quantum computing — from the basics to a decade of progress, from research and hardware to software, business opportunities, and what the industry is doing right now. We’ll kick things off with Johannes Kofler, who will give an introduction to quantum computing and help build a common foundation. Then, Kristina Kirova takes us through a decade of progress, looking at how the field has evolved across hardware, software, research, hackathons, and emerging business opportunities. And finally, we’ll bring an industry perspective into the mix with Filippo Fratini from Erste Bank, followed by a panel discussion with our speakers and our well-known Quantum Computing expert Prof. Richard Küng, moderated by Jadwiga Wilkens. As always, the event doesn’t really end when the talks do. Stick around for free drinks and snacks, awesome conversations, questions, and networking. So don't forget to join us, because this event only exists when observed!
